Cosmetics that failed a government lab test

CDSCO's monthly "not of standard quality" alert lists drugs, cosmetics and devices in one table. These are the cosmetics rows: 86 batches since January 2019, pulled out by product type and by the BIS standard the lab cited. One row is one batch. The same product can appear many times when a lab sampled several batches.
What a row means. A state or central lab tested a sample and found it outside the Cosmetics Rules 2020 or the BIS standard for that product. The most serious reasons are mercury above 1 ppm, lead above the colour limit, a prohibited hair-dye amine, or a hidden drug. A microbial count or a pH failure is a quality failure, not a poisoning finding. The row names the maker as printed on the pack.
