We find the document
A gazette notification, a CDSCO, FSSAI or state order, a court ruling or a lab report. We save a copy and link to the original.
We copy the facts exactly
Product name as printed, batch number, the test it failed, who decided and when. One bad batch is never stretched into a bad brand, and a notice is not a recall, and a recall is not a ban.
We keep it current
Stays, appeals and reversals change the status, so we recheck entries and date every page. When a campaign runs across many brands, such as FSSAI's action on "100%" label claims, one record tracks it. Anyone named can reply, and we fix mistakes in public.
