In its February 2025 alert, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation listed 103 drug batches that failed quality tests, 47 at central laboratories and 56 at state drug-testing laboratories, from 80 manufacturers across 83 products. The most common failure was assay, and the most-represented manufacturing state was Himachal Pradesh. Products flagged include Vitamin B Complex Tablets N.F.I, Wholeshield Refire Premium Herbal Blend Capsule, Rabeprazole Sodium Injection IP.
