The Bureau of Indian Standards published a public alert for a recall of packaged drinking water sold under the Saagar Aqua and Sai Red Aqua brand, manufactured by Saagar Agencies, Vadipatti, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, under BIS licence 6100069293 for IS 14543:2016. The order is dated 23 Jan 2023. The order PDF is a scanned image and the non-conforming parameter could not be read from it. The alert covers manufacturing date 10-10-2022.
