The laboratory measured 82.07 g protein per 100 g. The label claim, read from the pack photo in the study's supplementary master chart, is 88.5 g per 100 g on the pack. Every contaminant panel was clean: no metals, aflatoxin, progesterone, undeclared sugar or taurine above the limit of quantification.
