In its April 2022 alert, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation listed 27 drug batches that failed quality tests, 12 at central laboratories and 15 at state drug-testing laboratories, from 23 manufacturers across 24 products. The most common failure was dissolution, and the most-represented manufacturing state was Himachal Pradesh. Products flagged include Omeprazole Capsules IP, Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets IP 300mg (Udiliv 300), Telmisartan Tablets IP 40mg.
