What this means for you

A suspension, not a ban

The order stopped manufacture of 14 named products. It was not a ban on the brand and not a ban on selling other products.

Status today

The state is reported to have cancelled the order on 1 Jul 2024. We found no later order, so the products are not banned on any record we read.

This is a record of official orders, not medical advice. Do not stop a prescribed medicine without asking your doctor or pharmacist.

Common questions

Were the licences revoked?

The order was a suspension. One headline on 30 Apr 2024 said 'revoked', but the body of that report said suspended. The state is reported to have cancelled the suspension on 1 Jul 2024.
