In its November 2021 alert, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation listed 22 drug batches that failed quality tests, 19 at central laboratories and 3 at state drug-testing laboratories, from 17 manufacturers across 19 products. The most common failure was assay, and the most-represented manufacturing state was Himachal Pradesh. Products flagged include Ashialben 300 (Albendazole 300 mg Bolus), Vitamin B ?
