In its December 2020 alert, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation listed 15 drug batches that failed quality tests, 12 at central laboratories and 3 at state drug-testing laboratories, from 14 manufacturers across 15 products. The most common failure was dissolution, and the most-represented manufacturing state was Gujarat. Products flagged include Tramadol Prolonged Release Tablets (CORLIVIDOL-100 SR TABLETS), Telmicept ? 40 (Telmisartan Tablets I.P. 40 mg), SULFASALAZINE TABLETS B.P. 500 mg.
