In its November 2019 alert, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation listed 35 drug batches that failed quality tests, 26 at central laboratories and 9 at state drug-testing laboratories, from 32 manufacturers across 33 products. The most common failure was dissolution, and the most-represented manufacturing state was Uttarakhand. Products flagged include Zinc Sulphate Tablets IP 20 mg, Vitamin B-Complex Tablets NFI, Trypsin Chymotrypsin Tablets.
