In its June 2019 alert, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation listed 25 drug batches that failed quality tests, 13 at central laboratories and 12 at state drug-testing laboratories, from 21 manufacturers across 21 products. The most common failure was assay, and the most-represented manufacturing state was Uttarakhand. Products flagged include Pantoprazole For Injection (Panzel), Neomycin Sulphate, Polymixin-B Sulphate and Bacitracin Zinc Powder, Compound Sodium Lactate Injections I.P..
